Atelier OS — support

Atelier OS is the studio’s internal system. It needs an Atelier account, which the studio issues; there is no public sign-up.

If something is wrong

Write to info@theateliercollection.com or call the studio on +34 600 663 472. It helps to say which screen you were on, what you expected, and what happened instead — and, if the app said something, the sentence it said.

Signing in

Use the email and password the studio gave you. A password is changed from Forgot your password, and an administrator can set a new one from People & access inside the studio.

Working without a signal

At a fair or in a factory the app keeps what you capture on the device and sends it when there is a signal again. If a device is lost, tell the studio: its sign-in can be revoked from People & access, and anything still waiting to be sent stays on that device and is not readable without unlocking it.
